Initially should take within 7-14 working days if there is no delay from KiliShop to the warehouse.

 

The Process are 5 steps: 

1.The seller will deal with your application within 3 days and will provide a solution for aftersale. Seller will also contact you via APP live chat on the solution. 


2.Kilimall /customer can intervene to deal with the application after 3 days if the seller fails to respond to the application. 


3.Once the application is approved as a valid claim, Kilimall will inform you to return the item to address with order info or the seller will give a solution, you are required to check the refund amount, if you agree them please accept it, if not, please ask for intervention. Normally, this process will take about at least 7 days.


4. Kilimall will inspect the quality of the item once received, then we will decide to refund/exchange/return. 


5.You will receive the refund/exchange(local orders) within 1-5 working days usually if quality inspection is passed. To view aftersale update, refer to: Kilimall APP-> Account->Refund /Aftersale->All
