Kilimall Account is an E-wallet which saves you transaction fee each time when you pay on Kilimall. Currently for faster refund exprience, your payment may be refunded to your wallet.  See below: ↓↓↓

For wallet activation, it invoves 2 steps. ( Bound phone number + Set payment password)

Below are basic operations for wallet: 

1. For checking balance, please visit Wallet icon from your Kilimall APP from your APP under Account bottom menu. 

2. For Withdraw, Kindly choose withdraw and confirm details before submission. (currently withdraw takes up to 72 hours)

3. For Check statement, kindly Click Check my statemetn-> Filter.  More details refer to: http://k.kili.co/u9j6

4. For topup, We recommend you use Mpesa buygoods for faster payment experience. (In case of topup failure, you can also try paybill by clicking the top highlighted banner)

4. For use Wallet while shopping on Kilimall, kindly refer following:

     a. Choose online payment when you check out from Kilimall. 

    b. Choose Lipa na Wallet and proceed.
