If solution is Return & Refund:

If solution is Refund Only:
You need to choose the type of refund on “apply for after sale” page . If you choose to receive cash, kindly allow 1-3 working days for refund, you will receive notification when it arrives. If you have any further questions, kindly feel free to contact Kilimall.
If solution is Exchange:
You need to choose the method of sending the goods back at “apply for after sale” page. Kindly contact Kilimall if you still have further questions.
The repair solution is not available on the APP-After-sale. You can contact the seller for the repair solution. Typically, the repair process takes 30-50 days from the time you return the goods to the service center.
