Yes, currently door to door delivery is available in the following major towns Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu and Eldoret.  We are working hard to extend door to door service to nationwide. For remaining Locations, we deliver via pick-up stations.

-          Delivery to pick-up station


You can still opt to collect your package from Kilishop,  This takes same period of 2-5 days. 

(Currently Kilishop offers lower shipping fee, and provide 0 shipping fee for Global shipping items, product with an airplane icon) 

For Deliveries to other parts of the country, you can choose pick from stations of G4S(Depending on your location).

1. shipped from oversea (with a purple aeroplane icon) is delivered within 30-40 working days

2. Local Dispatch(with a green teardrop icon) shipped locally takes 7- 15 working days

3. Kilimall Dispatch  (with an orange lightning icon) shipped from Kilimall delivery is 2-7 working days.
