1. How long does shipping take? FOR STANDARD SHIPPING TIME, PLEASE REFER BELOW:

There are 3 different shipping models on Kilimall

1. Shipped by Kilimall (an orange FBK/Lighting icon). This icon represents item shipped from Kilimall Kenya warehouse directly which takes around 1~5 workdays


2. Shipped by Local Seller (a green location icon). This type suggests goods are shipped from our local sellers.  Therefore shipping usually takes bit longer normally around 8~15 working days depending on the distance.


3. Shipped from Overseas /global (a purple airplane icon). This type indicates that goods are shipped from international sellers' oversea warehouses. Item will be shipped across border by air. This means shipping takes longer than the other 2 models, usually 10~ 25 working days.
