Flash Sale is the product offered by the seller with special prices. This promotion has 8 different rounds within a day and each round contains numbers of different items with limited stocks and limited time on flash sale.

1. Where do I find Flash Sale? Why I cannot find Flash Sale?
----You can find Flash Sale entrance from Kilimall APP.

2. Why I cannot buy from Flash Sale?
----You cannot purchase the item before the opening time, if the item has been out of stocks it will be invalid to purchase. In order to get the item of it, you can login on the APP near the opening time. Also, each User will only be able to buy 1 item during each round.
3. Why my Flash Sale order was canceled?
----Items on flash sale requires that payment to be completed within 20 mins, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
4. Why I cannot use coin/ voucher for Flash Sale?
----Kindly notice for Items on flash sales will not enjoy other promotional discounts.
