Groupbuy let you enjoy great discount while buying with friends. 

Each group needs at least 2 participants to unlock the discounted price. Choose "Group Buy" to create a new group.   (If your invited friend didn't pay in time, the order will be canceled and you will be refunded)

2. What is the process for Groupbuy ? 

1. Start a new group 

2. Pay for the item. 

3. Share and invite your friends. 

4. Someone joins the group and completes payment within limited time. 

5. The Group Buy order is confirmed and begin processing for shipment. 

6. Delivery for Group buy items is only supported by KiliShop self-pick up station 

7. All goods are free shipping.

3. Can I invite less friends to complete my Groupbuy order ?  

---Yes, you can refer to below image for joining an existing groupbuy created by other customers. 

(E.g. below groupbuy only requires 2 customers, so once you joined an existing group, you don't need to invite your friend to  activate your groupbuy order)

4. What if my friends didn't join my invitation for Groupbuy ? Will I be refunded?   

---For each pending groupbuy order, there is a time limit, overdue unsuccessful order will be auto canceled and you will be refunded to your original payment channel. ( Below shows order will cancel and refund in 1 Day 59M 40S).  You can join others' groupbuy/ start new groupbuy in case it is canceled.
