If you paid successfully, you will get the notification from Kilimall APP and Email from Kilimall, and the order status will switch to “Paid”. You can always check your order status via Kilimall APP→Account→My Orders.

Due to fluctuation of Mpesa server, sometimes it may delay for payment confirmation. In case it failed, kindly share following information and we will check and confirm your order or refund you within 1-3 workday.

1. Kilimall ORDER NUMBER

2. PAYMENT METHOD

3. TRANSACTION CODE

then contact us via Livechat from APP ： Kilimall APP->Message->Contact Us.
