1. Get the access to Kilimall lite, find the PENGDING-CONFIRM ones

2. Get client's user ID by clicking SO Serial No. 

3. Search the User ID to see if client has multiple orders

4. In case client made multiple orders, confirm if they are the same item. 

5. Call client to confirm, in case client bought duplicated order/ doesn't want/ not reachable( 3times), we cancel the order. Otherwise we confirm the order. 

6. Record confirmed order to the sheet and Kilishop team will follow up. (⬇️)

7. If client not pickup over 3 days since arrived Kilishop, you can call client to pick up, if over 7days, the order will be auto rejected and return to warehouse.
