Pay on delivery currently only supports on Kilimall Lite APP. You can install it via Google play Store

1. Kindly note that COD may only be available to certain locations, you can also refer to our SNS for update. 

2. Order once made,  our agent will contact you for confirmation in order to provide better service. 

3. Please note due to the change of operation, the COD has been suspended from Mar 28 2023. Sorry for inconvenience. 



COD(M-pesa on delivery ) stands for Pay On Delivery. Pay for your package when our delivery associate brings it to your doorstep or when you pick it up at one of our pickup stations.(Pay down payment of certain percentage then finish amount due when receive your order)


COD Payment Rules:

1.COD order only supports M-pesa transaction on site while cash is not supported.

2.Only products with label of COD will support COD payment.

3.FlashSale Coin Redeem, Groupbuy, Airtime, Data cannot support  COD payments.

4.Product over Ksh. 20000 will not support COD.

5.Order amount below Ksh 500 and over Ksh. 20000 will not support COD.

6.Some regions or pickup stations or products may not be available for COD.

7. Except for 100% COD, Kilimall reserve the right to adjust the down payment rate at any time, and supports the combination of Down payment and POD( Amount due).( E.g Order worth 1000kes, buyer pay 200 as down payment, then finish 800kes when receive. )

Note:
1.If user rejected orders due to client's concern(E.g change of mind). Pay on delivery will be temporarily disabled on your account until you finish one successful 100% online pay order.
2. For Down payment+COD orders, the user shall pay the amount due after receiving the package. If the package is rejected without any reason, the down payment will be used as shipping fee.

1.Q: What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

A: COD stands for Cash On Delivery. With COD, you can pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order.

Note:

1.Some products, regions or pickup stations may not be available for COD.

2.Gift cards or vouchers cannot be used to make COD payments.

Buyer is only allowed to open the parcel after payment has been made.

If the order received is damaged or incomplete, buyer can apply after-sale through Kilimall Lite APP, Return or Refund cannot be done by the courier.

 

2.Q: What are the Payment methods?

A: We have Cash on delivery ,Online payment(M-pesa) as payment method.

 

3.Q: Can I use two methods of payment when ordering online?

A: Sorry, we only accept one payment method per order right now.

 

4.Q: Why can't I see the option for Cash On Delivery at checkout?

A: It could be that:

You have in your cart a item can not support COD or a digital product (ex: ticket, coupons).

Your delivery option (Location or Pickup Station) is not eligible for Cash On Delivery.

Cash on Delivery is currently disabled on your account.

 

5.Q: Why is the Pay on Delivery disabled on my account?

A: Our system has flagged your account as being associated with an unusual number of rejected orders and for this reason, the Cash on Delivery option is currently disabled on your account

 

6.Q: How can I activate the Cash on Delivery option on my account

A: Cash on delivery will be activated on your account when we are able to successfully deliver your next orders by online payment.


7.Q: How do I identify products available for COD?

A: Simply Select "COD Supported" in the product list and select Cash On Delivery in Payment Options


8.Q:Can I use cash for Cash on Delivery payment?

A:  Sorry, we do not support cash collection. You can pay online(M-pesa) to the logistics service provider or pay on the Kilimall Lite APP before sign or pay the Kilishop


9.Q: What if I reject the parcel? 

A: If the reject reason is due to change of mind, the down payment will be deducted for operation fee (shipping cost& labor fee). Otherwise client will still receive full down payment refund. (Valid reasons like product broken/ unmatched/quality issue etc. )


10.Q: Can I sign partial of the order and reject partial?

A: Sorry, it cannot be allowed. You can sign the parcel, then apply for aftersale for the goods that you don’t need. Or you have to reject the order.


11.Q:What if the quantity was less when received?

A: You can sign the parcel, then apply for aftersale for the goods that not received. Or you have to reject the order.
