If you are not satisfied with the after sale solution provided by the seller or seller rejected your applicaiton, you can login Kilimall APP Account> Aftersale & Refund, under the order and through “apply for intervention” , Kilimall will intervenue it and the solution provided by Kilimall is final and cannot be changed.
